Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
By submitting a sponsorship application for Vintage Vegan Block Party: Glow Season – 4th Friday Edition, you agree to the following:
1. Acceptance
All sponsorships are subject to approval. Submission does not guarantee placement.
2. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm sponsorship unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid sponsorships may be released.
3. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. If the event is postponed or canceled, funds may be applied to a future event at the organizer’s discretion.
4. Deliverables
Sponsors must submit logos, assets, and materials by provided deadlines. Late submissions may affect included benefits.
5. Branding Alignment
All sponsors must align with the event’s focus on sustainability, wellness, and plant-based culture. The organizer reserves the right to decline or remove misaligned brands.
6. On-Site Activation
Sponsors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and materials. Setup must be completed within assigned times. No space sharing without approval.
7. Conduct
Professional and respectful behavior is required. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund.
8. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
9. Event Changes
Event details (layout, timing, programming) may be adjusted as needed. Sponsor value will be maintained where possible.
