A panel of judges will score each performance and determine who rises to the top as the night’s champion. Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement By submitting payment, the Sponsor agrees to these terms. The agreement becomes binding upon acceptance by stARTup Studios (“Organizer”). 2. Sponsorship Benefits Sponsors receive the benefits outlined in their selected package. The Organizer may adjust placements or formats as needed but will maintain the overall value of the package. 3. Payment & Refunds Sponsorship fees are due in full by the stated deadline and are non-refundable, except if the Organizer cancels the event entirely. If the event is rescheduled, benefits transfer to the new date. 4. Use of Branding Sponsors grant permission for the Organizer to use their business name, logo, and other brand materials for event promotion. Sponsors must provide high-quality files by the requested deadline. 5. Conduct & Content Sponsors may not provide or request promotion of content that is discriminatory, political, inflammatory, illegal, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate for a community event. The Organizer may decline materials that do not meet these standards. 6. Exclusivity Sponsorship does not guarantee category exclusivity unless explicitly stated. 7. Liability Sponsors agree to hold the Organizer harmless against any claims or damages arising from their sponsorship or promotional materials. 8. Event Changes The Organizer may modify the event format, schedule, or marketing approach as needed for safety or logistical reasons. 9. Marketing Expectations The Organizer does not guarantee specific audience numbers, engagement, or outcomes. 10. Acceptance By becoming a sponsor, the Sponsor confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
