Diamond Sponsor Package ($4,000)
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing or committing to the Diamond Sponsor Package for the GA Country Summer Festival 2026, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions established by the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta.
1. Sponsorship Purpose
The Diamond Sponsorship supports the GA Country Summer Festival 2026 and helps fund the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta Back2School Supply Drive (2026–2027), which provides essential school supplies to students in underserved communities.
2. Sponsorship Benefits
Diamond Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
Naming recognition for The [Sponsor Name] Stage
Top-tier logo placement on festival marketing materials, website, and promotional media where applicable
Double booth space (20’ x 10’) in a prime vendor area
15 VIP passes to the festival including VIP access
Exclusive backstage meet-and-greet experience with After Grace
On-stage speaking opportunity to deliver a brief Welcome Speech
Benefits may vary slightly depending on event logistics and venue requirements.
3. Logo & Marketing Materials
Sponsors must provide their company logo and branding materials in high-resolution format (PNG, JPG, or vector file) within 7 business days of sponsorship confirmation to ensure inclusion in marketing materials.
The Xtreme Dreams Foundation reserves the right to adjust logo size, placement, or formatting for design consistency.
4. Vendor Booth Space
Diamond Sponsors will receive a 20' x 10' booth space in a designated prime location. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own booth setup, displays, tables, tents, and promotional materials unless otherwise arranged.
Booth placement will be determined by the event organizers to maintain optimal event flow.
5. VIP Passes
The 15 VIP passes included in the package are non-transferable for resale. These passes grant access to designated VIP areas and the backstage experience with After Grace, subject to artist availability and schedule.
Backstage access is subject to artist management approval and safety guidelines.
6. On-Stage Speaking Opportunity
Diamond Sponsors will be provided a brief speaking opportunity (approximately 2–3 minutes) during the event to deliver a Welcome Speech. Final timing, scheduling, and content guidelines will be coordinated with the event production team.
Speeches must remain professional and aligned with the mission and tone of the event.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment of $4,000 is required to secure the Diamond Sponsorship. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment has been received and confirmed.
8. Refund Policy
Sponsorship payments are considered support for a charitable initiative and event production and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta.
9. Event Modifications
The Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta reserves the right to modify event schedules, entertainment lineup, venue arrangements, or event programming due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.
10. Use of Sponsor Name & Media
By participating as a sponsor, you grant permission for your business name, logo, and brand to be used in promotional materials, social media, and event marketing associated with the festival.
11. Liability
Sponsors agree that the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta, event organizers, partners, and venue are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities related to sponsorship participation, vendor activities, or promotional materials.
12. Agreement
Submission of payment and sponsorship registration confirms that the sponsor has read, understands, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
