Sponsorship is an opportunity to invest in both legacy and future impact, celebrating the voices that shape our cultural landscape while ensuring Project Pride can continue expanding programs, visibility, and community support across the Sarasota–Manatee region.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Confirmation & Payment • Sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a signed agreement or completed application and full payment. • Failure to remit payment may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits or reserved space. 2. Branding & Promotional Materials • When completing your application, please provide your logo in a JPEG format. 3. Media & Marketing Exposure • Social media mentions, newsletter ads, and features will be distributed according to the sponsorship level selected. • Project Pride SRQ will tag sponsors on social platforms when possible and reserves the right to adjust schedule and content. 5. Cancellations & Refunds • Sponsorships are nonrefundable after purchase. 8. Use of Event Branding • Sponsors may not use Project Pride SRQ logo without express written permission, except for promotional use in relation to the 2026 event. 9. Agreement to Terms • By submitting this application, the sponsor agrees to these terms and acknowledges that benefits are contingent upon compliance and timely communication.
