Become a Sponsor of Chaoticon – Support Local, Dream Big Chaoticon is more than just a convention — it’s a celebration of creativity, community, and small business. Founded by a husband-and-wife duo with a shared love for anime and a thriving con-based business, we’re excited to bring our very first convention to life this September right here in our hometown. After seeing the success of selling at conventions across the region, we’re now turning the tables to create a show of our own — one built on passion, collaboration, and the belief that when small businesses support each other, incredible things happen. Our mission with Chaoticon is simple: to grow our small business while lifting up others like us. We’re building a space where artists, vendors, creators, and fans can come together to celebrate what they love — and thrive while doing it. As a Show Sponsor, your business will receive prominent advertising leading up to and throughout the entire convention. Vendor/Voice Actor Sponsors will enjoy in-show promotions, brand/logo visibility in our Celebrity Row area, and complimentary autographs from our special guests (terms apply). Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions – Chaoticon 2025 Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of Chaoticon 2025! To ensure a successful partnership and a smooth event experience, please carefully review the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Application & Payment Deadlines All sponsorship applications should be submitted preferably by June 2025. Final deadline for both applications and payments is July 31, 2025. Payments must be made in full by this date to ensure proper representation in event materials (banners, badges, flyers, etc.). Late payments may result in limited or no promotional inclusion. Payment plans can be discussed. 2. Sponsor Promotion Requirements All sponsors are required to actively promote Chaoticon. Acceptable promotional efforts include tagging Chaoticon on social media and using the official hashtag #Chaoticon across all platforms. This helps boost visibility for the event and for all participating sponsors and vendors. 3. Complimentary Autographs – Vendor/Voice Actor Sponsors Vendor sponsors are eligible for complimentary autographs from talent, with a limited number per sponsor (more details TBA). Sponsors must bring their own items to be signed. Quantities of signed Funko Pops and figures are extremely limited and not guaranteed. Additional items may be signed at bulk discount rates if arranged directly with the talent at the event. 4. Sponsor Business Cards All sponsors are asked to provide a stack (approx. 1 inch thick) of their business cards for display on our Sponsor Board. We are not responsible for printing or supplying your business cards — please plan accordingly. 5. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued unless previously discussed and agreed upon with Chaoticon staff. By submitting your sponsorship application, you agree to the terms outlined above. We’re excited to work together and make Chaoticon 2025 an unforgettable experience for all!
