About the event

Heiva i Los Angeles is an international Tahitian dance competition bringing together performers from across the U.S. and abroad. The competition will take place inside the Redondo Union HS amphitheater, while a curated outdoor vendor village will be hosted on the lawn in front of the venue. This family-friendly cultural event welcomes the general public and offers continuous foot traffic throughout the day, especially during competition intermissions. We are currently accepting artisan vendors, cultural merchandise, lifestyle brands, and food truck to create a vibrant festival atmosphere.

About the application

Partner with Heiva i Los Angeles. Showcase your business while supporting a vibrant community event welcoming families, performers, and local visitors from across the South Bay. Sponsors may benefit from on-site visibility, presence in the outdoor vendor village, and recognition through HIP’S LEAGUE communication channels. Local South Bay businesses are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship placements are limited.

Terms & Conditions

1. Approval All sponsorship applications are subject to approval by HIP’S LEAGUE LLC. 2. Sponsor Presence Sponsors may receive on-site visibility, a booth space in the outdoor vendor village, and recognition through HIP’S LEAGUE communication channels, depending on the sponsorship level. 3. Setup If a booth space is included, sponsors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and tent weights. Electricity is not available for lawn booth spaces. Setup begins at 8:00 AM and all materials must be removed by 8:00 PM. 4. Payment Sponsorship is confirmed upon full payment. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable in the event of sponsor cancellation. 5. Event Changes The Organizer reserves the right to adjust event layout, schedule, or programming if necessary. If the event is canceled due to severe weather or force majeure, sponsorship will be credited toward a future HIP’S LEAGUE event.
