Sponsor Terms and Conditions – ShopFest Utah 2026
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between sponsors (“Sponsor”) and the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce (“Event Organizer”) for sponsorship of ShopFest Utah 2026 (the “Event”).
Eligibility
Sponsors must provide a product or service that aligns with the community and family-friendly focus of ShopFest Utah.
Sponsors agree to abide by all event policies and guidelines provided by the Event Organizer.
Sponsorship Package & Payment
The Event Organizer will provide full details of all sponsorship opportunities, including benefits and expectations.
Sponsors agree to select a package and pay the corresponding fee as outlined in their sponsorship agreement.
Payments must be made directly to the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce by the stated deadline to guarantee inclusion in event promotions and materials.
Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsors will receive all benefits listed in their selected package.
The Event Organizer may use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and marketing materials for promotion in connection with ShopFest Utah.
The Event Organizer will follow any provided branding guidelines to ensure proper logo use and representation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
Sponsors are responsible for full payment even if they are unable to attend or participate in the event.
Indemnification
Sponsors agree to hold harmless and indemnify ShopFest Utah 2026 and the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
Termination
The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove or terminate a sponsorship if the sponsor fails to comply with these terms or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the event or community.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Utah.
By confirming sponsorship for ShopFest Utah 2026, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and commits to fulfilling all sponsorship obligations.
