About the application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Belmont's annual BooFest! The 2025 event will feature artisan and food vendors, costume contests, carnival rides, and lots of other spooky fun! Attendance at the 2024 event was 2,600. A commitment is required by August 1st to guarantee all sponsor benefits at the event. Sponsorships secured after August 1st may not be eligible for all digital benefits. Prices

Presenting Sponsor	$3,500.00	The presenting level sponsorship benefits include: - Organization logo on the Facebook event cover photo & the website event calendar photos - Organization logo on social media posts (the event announcement post and three additional) - Organization logo on the photo used for digital event advertising - Organization mention on social media announcement post for the event (organization is tagged) - Complimentary 10x10 booth space at the event - Three social media mentions during the month of the event - Organization logo on all printed event promotional items - Organization logo on the event website - Live recognition by the DJ during the event
Gold Level Sponsor	$1,500.00	Gold-level sponsorship benefits include: - Complimentary 10x10 booth space at the event - Three social media mentions during the month of the event (organization is tagged in posts) - Organization logo on all printed event promotional items - Organization logo on the event website (linked to digital ads) - Live recognition by the DJ during the event
