About the application

The City of Johns Creek is home to more than 83 thousand people and is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the state and nation, representing many countries and cultures from around the world. The 2025 Johns Creek International Festival attracted more than 17,000 people from across the region, showcasing cultural performances, international food and drink, international merchandise vendors, cricket demonstrations, and a kids’ craft corner to provide our young people a hands-on experience with cultural art. This signature event provides a fun and unique opportunity to reach and engage residents within the Johns Creek and Metro Atlanta Community. As a sponsor of the International Festival, you have the opportunity to increase your business exposure within this divers and growing community and enhance your customer base. Who Attends -City and State leaders -Community leaders -Residents from Johns Creek and Metro Atlanta -Media Demographics -Population: 82,203 -Median Age: 39 -Education: 65% - Bachelors Degree -Median Household Income: $105,417 -Occupation: 60% - Management, business, science, and arts occupations Sponsors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event IF you are using electricity. You must have your insurance agent mail or email us a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. The City of Johns Creek must listed as an additional insured. The City’s minimum insurance requirements are as follows: $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence $3,000,000.00 Aggregate $100,000.00 Damage to Rented Premises A minimum of $100,000 General Liability coverage is sufficient for smaller retail vendors, i.e., art, clothing, jewelry, “trinkets”, etc. A small business can be defined as one that has annual sales volume of $10,000 or less. -Participants (sponsors or vendors) not selling a product or service, i.e., election candidates, are not required to provide proof of insurance. The Presenting Sponsorship includes: -Festival Naming Rights: Johns Creek International Festival sponsored by “your company name” -Inclusion in all publicity efforts related to the festival such as the event program, website, mailers, posters, advertisements, etc. -Full-page color ad in the Festival Program -Preeminent event signage -10 x 20 tent at Festival -1 electrical connection -Logo and active link on the Festival web page -Mentions from the stage throughout the festival -Option to speak from the stage at the beginning of the Festival -Opportunity to provide give-away item to festival attendees The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this Festival, you agree that neither the City of johns Creek, the Atlanta Athletic Club, the Johns Creek Arts Center, Johns Creek Convention and Visitor Bureau, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause.
