About the event

The Royal Holokū Ball, presented by Eō e Emalani, is a distinguished evening honoring the beauty, legacy, and cultural significance of Hawaiian tradition. Join us on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Kauaʻi Grand Ballroom for the special presentation and coronation of the 2026 Festival Queen. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable night featuring a Holokū Contest honoring the Most Beautiful, Most Traditional, and Most Avant-Garde Holokū, along with a fashion show, Hawaiian music, hula, and a dinner buffet. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

The Royal Table Sponsorship offers premier recognition and a VIP experience at the Royal Holokū Ball, an elegant evening celebrating the beauty, craftsmanship, and tradition of the Hawaiian holokū. Royal Table sponsors receive a reserved premium table for up to 10 guests in the Grand Hyatt Kauaʻi ballroom and recognition as a lead supporter of this cultural event. Sponsorship includes dinner for all guests, curated gift baskets placed at the table, and prominent sponsor recognition in event promotional materials and during the evening program. Sponsors will be recognized on event flyers, social media promotions, and during the program, with company name displayed at the sponsored table. Sponsors may also include a promotional item in guest gift baskets. This sponsorship provides an opportunity to host clients, staff, or friends while supporting a meaningful celebration of Hawaiian culture and artistry.

Terms & Conditions

• Royal Table sponsorship is $4,000 and includes seating for up to 10 guests. • Dinner buffet is included for all guests at the table. • Sponsor name or company name will be displayed at the Royal Table. • Sponsors will receive recognition on event promotional materials, including flyers and online posts. • Sponsors will be acknowledged during the event program. • Sponsors may provide a promotional item to be included in guest gift baskets, subject to approval by event organizers. • Table placement will be determined by the event organizers. • Sponsorship is confirmed upon receipt of payment. • Sponsorship payments are considered non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
