About the application

The Wellness Annex is a curated, luxury wellness environment designed to elevate the attendee experience through movement, recovery, mindfulness, and intentional brand engagement. Produced and operated by +FŪTR Moves & J WolfPaX, the Wellness Annex offers immersive, high-touch activations that allow sponsors to authentically connect with All-Access and VIP attendees through experiential programming. This application is for brands interested in sponsoring or activating within the Wellness Annex. All activations are curated to ensure alignment with the wellness ethos and overall guest experience. Submission of this application does not guarantee placement. Brands will be notified upon approval. WHAT THE WELLNESS ZONE / ACTIVATION TEAM PROVIDES • Luxury wellness zone build-out and professional setup • Full ownership and operation of the Wellness Zone • Created and personalized wellness activations for brands • Curated experiential programming inside the Wellness Zone • Direct engagement with All-Access and VIP attendees during scheduled activations • Elevated, immersive experiences designed to support sponsor visibility and impact SPONSORSHIP LEVEL SELECTION (REQUIRED – SINGLE CHOICE) Please select your desired sponsorship tier: ☐ TIER 1 — Brand Visibility Partner | $1,000 • Brand logo placement on the Expo website sponsor section • Brand logo placement on the official event photo backdrop • One (1) All-Access ticket ☐ TIER 2 — Wellness Zone Spotlight Partner | $1,500 • Everything in Tier 1 • One (1) brand sign, flag, or banner displayed inside the Wellness Zone for one (1) hour • One (1) All-Access ticket ☐ TIER 3 — Wellness Zone Presence Partner | $2,500 • Everything in Tier 2 • Brand sign, flag, or standing banner displayed inside the Wellness Zone for one (1) full day • Product placement on tables or within activation station areas (non-exclusive) • One (1) All-Access ticket ☐ TIER 4 — Signature Activation Partner | $5,000 • Everything in Tiers 1–3 • One (1) full hour of dedicated product activation inside the Wellness Zone • On-site product distribution facilitated by the Wellness Zone team • Professional content captured during the activation (photo or video) and delivered post-event • One (1) All-Access ticket

Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following: • All Wellness Annex activations are curated and scheduled by +FŪTR Moves & J WolfPaX • Brand signage, placement, and activation timing are subject to final approval • No outside setup, staffing, or distribution may occur without coordination with the Wellness Zone team • Sponsors are responsible for providing approved products and marketing materials • No refunds will be issued once sponsorship is approved and confirmed • Event organizers reserve the right to decline any brand that does not align with the Wellness Annex experience
