BunFest 2025 Sponsorship Agreement
1. Sponsorship Package & Benefits
The Sponsor agrees to provide financial or in-kind support for BunFest 2025, scheduled for September 20, 2025, at Winston Junction Market, Winston-Salem, NC. In return, the Organizer agrees to provide sponsorship benefits as outlined in the selected sponsorship package:

2. Payment Terms
Sponsorship payments must be received in full by to secure benefits.
Sponsorships are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6.
3. Sponsorship Deliverables
Sponsor agrees to submit all required materials (logos, advertisements, social media assets) .
Organizer reserves the right to approve all materials for consistency with event branding.
Sponsor grants Organizer the right to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and promotional materials in event marketing.
4. Event Presence & Booth Setup (If Applicable)
Booth spaces are 10x10.
Sponsors must set up by 11am and dismantle by 5pm.
Sponsors may distribute promotional materials.
5. Event Cancellation or Modification
If BunFest 2025 is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, Organizer will offer sponsors the choice of:
A full refund
Transferring sponsorship to a rescheduled or future event
No refunds will be given for Sponsor withdrawal.
6. Liability & Indemnification
Sponsor agrees to hold harmless Fairytale Farm, its volunteers, and event venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
Sponsor is responsible for any damages to event property caused by its representatives.
7. Ethical Standards & Conduct
Sponsor agrees to conduct business in a manner aligned with Fairytale Farm’s mission and ethical standards.
Organizer reserves the right to reject or terminate sponsorship if the Sponsor engages in activities conflicting with animal welfare or the event’s purpose.
8. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting this application, the Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Sponsorship Agreement.
