We are excited to invite you to the 2025 Bold City Cheer & Dance Fest – GlowUp Showdown, happening on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Florida State College – South Campus Gymnasium in Jacksonville, FL! This high-energy event is your team’s chance to shine under the lights, showcase your talent, and compete for top honors in a fun, fair, and electrifying environment. Open to new, beginner, and experienced teams — everyone is welcome! Divisions for Cheer, Dance, and Majorette, plus solos, duos, trios, and exhibitions. Specialty contests including the Jump Contest and Tumble Contest for athletes to showcase their individual skills. Vendors & Sponsorship Opportunities Available

About the application

The Duval Starz Cheer & Dance Annual Sponsorship Program offers businesses, nonprofits, and community partners the opportunity to support youth cheer, dance, and performance while promoting their brand at our signature events. Sponsors help us create meaningful experiences for athletes and families, while receiving recognition throughout the season.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Eligibility & Approval Sponsorships are open to businesses, nonprofits, and community partners whose products, services, or missions align with the family-friendly nature of Duval Starz Cheer & Dance events. All applications are subject to review and approval by event management. Payment & Deadlines Full payment is required within 14 days of sponsorship approval to secure benefits. Sponsorships are non-refundable once payment is received, unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Recognition & Benefits Sponsors will receive recognition according to their selected level (Rising Star, Shining Star, All-Star, or Supernova Star). Duval Starz reserves the right to adjust promotional placements to fit event logistics while honoring level commitments. Marketing Materials Logos and ads must be submitted in high-resolution format by the stated deadline to ensure inclusion in event programs and marketing. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own signage, promotional items, or displays for onsite activation. Event Day Protocol Sponsors with booth space must check in with event staff at the designated time. Setup must be completed by the posted deadline; teardown may not begin until the event concludes. All sponsors must keep their area clean and remove all items at breakdown. Food & Beverage Sponsors Food sponsors must comply with local and state health regulations. Proof of required permits or licenses may be requested prior to the event. Parking & Access Sponsors will be provided with parking instructions and credentials (if required) in advance of the event. Access to loading/unloading zones will be limited to assigned times. Liability & Insurance Sponsors participate at their own risk. Duval Starz Cheer & Dance, Arlington Football Alliance, and venue hosts are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. Sponsors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance depending on their activation. Conduct & Compliance Sponsors must present their brand in a positive, family-friendly manner at all times. Offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. Event Changes Duval Starz reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. Sponsors will be notified promptly of any changes.
