SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
DJ UhOh’s Kidchella with Friends – Presented by Goin’ Social Events

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all sponsorships for DJ UhOh’s Kidchella with Friends (“Event”). By purchasing a sponsorship package, the sponsoring business (“Sponsor”) agrees to the following:
1. Sponsorship Payments
1.1. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by Goin’ Social Events.
1.2. Full payment is required to secure sponsorship benefits and placement.
1.3. Payment must be received by the deadline provided on the invoice. Failure to pay may result in loss of sponsorship rights.
2. Sponsor Benefits
2.1. Benefits included in each sponsorship tier are outlined in the Sponsorship Details document or agreement.
2.2. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to adjust placement or sizing of logos, marketing layout, or vendor locations as needed.
2.3. Logo files must be submitted in high resolution by the deadline provided. Late submissions may impact placement on printed or digital materials.
3. Vendor Space & On-Site Requirements
3.1. Sponsors receiving a 10x10 vendor space must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup materials unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Setup and teardown times will be communicated before the Event. Sponsors must follow all site regulations.
3.3. Any damages to the venue or property caused by Sponsor activities are the responsibility of the Sponsor.
3.4. Sponsor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including permits or licenses required for selling goods or distributing products.
4. Marketing & Branding
4.1. By participating as a Sponsor, the Sponsor grants Goin’ Social Events the right to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and brand assets for Event promotion.
4.2. Sponsor also grants permission for photography and video that includes Sponsor booths, signage, or staff to be used in future marketing.
4.3. Goin’ Social Events will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed-upon exposure but does not guarantee specific attendance numbers or sales outcomes.
5. Content Restrictions
5.1. All Sponsor materials, products, and on-site displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for an all-ages audience.
5.2. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to request removal of any content, signage, or merchandise deemed inappropriate or in conflict with the Event’s mission.
6. Event Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations
6.1. Goin’ Social Events may modify the Event (including time, location, layout, or programming) as necessary due to safety, weather, or operational concerns.
6.2. If the Event is canceled by the organizer, Sponsors may receive either a refund or transfer of sponsorship to a future event at equal value.
6.3. No refunds will be issued for postponements or changes made for reasons outside the organizer’s control.
7. Liability & Indemnification
7.1. Sponsor participates at their own risk.
7.2. Sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, its staff, vendors, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Sponsor’s participation.
7.3. Goin’ Social Events is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Sponsor property during the Event.
8. Termination
8.1. Goin’ Social Events may terminate this Agreement if the Sponsor violates these terms or engages in behavior harmful to the Event’s reputation or attendees.
8.2. No refunds will be issued if the Sponsor is removed due to misconduct or breach.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cherokee County, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Acceptance
By submitting payment and confirming participation, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
