About the event

Ease is a Black History Month exhibition dedicated to celebrating and affirming Black women. This show centers the rest, softness, joy, and spiritual grounding that Black women deserve yet are often denied. Artists are invited to create visual work that offers Black women a moment of ease: a breath released, a softness reclaimed, a return to the sacred, or a glimpse of everyday peace. This exhibit is an offering. A blessing. A reminder that Black women deserve spaces where their tenderness is honored and their spirits can exhale. All accepted artworks will be printed on 24×36 canvas wraps, allowing creators to safely showcase their work without sending originals.

Black Artist Forward invites individuals and organizations to become Lead Sponsors of Ease, our Black History Month exhibition celebrating the richness of Black artistic expression through visual art, poetry, and prose. Your $350 tax-deductible contribution ensures: Artist entry remains free and accessible Selected works are professionally printed on 24x36 canvases The exhibit is widely promoted through print, digital, and audio marketing Lead Sponsors Receive: Logo placement on all marketing materials for Ease (below annual sponsors) Recognition on the Black Artist Forward website A 12x18 fine art print from the exhibit and an official event poster This is a meaningful opportunity to support both local artists and cultural preservation, while increasing your visibility among a growing, engaged creative community. Terms & Conditions

Terms & Considerations: Sponsorships must be confirmed by January 30, 2026, to be guaranteed inclusion in all print materials. Digital and audio promotions will reflect the sponsor roster at the time of creation and cannot be retroactively altered. The earlier your sponsorship is confirmed, the greater visibility you’ll receive across our marketing timeline. Logo files must be provided in high resolution (PDF, PNG, or SVG) within 3 days of sponsorship confirmation. We reserve the right to approve sponsorships based on alignment with our values and mission.
