RADIO PROMOTION PACKAGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta GA Country Summer Festival 2026 1️⃣ AGREEMENT OVERVIEW By purchasing the Radio Promotion Package, the business (“Client”) agrees to participate in a promotional advertising campaign coordinated by Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta (“Organizer”) across affiliated radio stations. 2️⃣ CAMPAIGN DETAILS Campaign Dates: May 4, 2026 – May 10, 2026 Stations: Multiple stations including Talk Radio 102.3 FM, 107.9 Country, KZ106, and WGOW AM Format: Business name inclusion in 60-second PSA-style radio commercials Frequency: Rotational airplay; exact number of plays is not guaranteed 3️⃣ PAYMENT TERMS Total Cost: $300 (non-refundable) Payment must be made in full prior to inclusion in the campaign No partial payments or holds will secure placement 4️⃣ DEADLINES Business name and any required details must be submitted by May 1st, 2026 Late submissions are not guaranteed placement Organizer is not responsible for missing or incomplete information 5️⃣ NO ATTENDANCE REQUIRED Participation in this radio promotion does not require event attendance This package is separate from vendor registration 6️⃣ CONTENT & APPROVAL Organizer reserves the right to edit, format, and script all radio mentions No guarantee of exact wording or placement within the commercial Businesses may not submit full custom ads under this package All content must align with community standards and event branding 7️⃣ NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE Organizer does not guarantee: Specific number of leads, sales, or customers Exact airtime or frequency Business results or ROI This is a brand awareness and promotional opportunity 8️⃣ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Organizer is not liable for: Station scheduling changes Technical issues or broadcast interruptions Errors caused by incorrect information provided by Client 9️⃣ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ❌ All sales are final No refunds will be issued once payment is received No credits for missed deadlines or unused promotion USE OF NAME & BRAND Client grants permission for their business name to be used in: Radio promotions Event marketing Associated advertising materials 1️⃣1️⃣ MODIFICATIONS Organizer reserves the right to modify campaign structure, stations, or scheduling if necessary Any changes will maintain overall promotional value 1️⃣2️⃣ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
