Fairytale After Dark – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Event Date: May 9th ?✨
By applying and/or participating as a sponsor for Fairytale After Dark, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsorship Acceptance
All sponsorships are subject to approval. Fairytale Finds Market reserves the right to accept or deny any application at its discretion to ensure proper event curation and brand alignment.
2. Payment Terms
Sponsorship payments must be made through Eventeny
A deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your sponsorship
All sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the deadline listed in your invoice
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is canceled by Fairytale Finds Market
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your sponsorship without refund.
3. Sponsorship Benefits & Deliverables
Sponsorship inclusions (booth space, marketing features, activations, etc.) will be outlined in your selected package
Any custom activations must be approved in advance
Fairytale Finds Market reserves the right to adjust placements or activations as needed for safety, logistics, or overall event flow
4. Setup & Breakdown
Sponsors must adhere to all assigned setup and breakdown times
All displays must remain set up for the full duration of the event
Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval
5. Conduct & Brand Representation
Sponsors are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward staff, vendors, and guests
No inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized materials or behavior will be permitted
Fairytale Finds Market reserves the right to remove any sponsor who does not align with event standards, without refund
6. Liability & Insurance
Sponsors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their setup, staff, and materials
Fairytale Finds Market, its partners, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
Sponsors are responsible for complying with all local laws, permits, and insurance requirements (if applicable)
7. Weather & Force Majeure
This is an outdoor event. Fairytale Finds Market is not responsible for weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Marketing & Media Release
By participating, sponsors grant Fairytale Finds Market permission to use photos, videos, and content captured at the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
9. Communication
All official communication, updates, and documents will be sent through Eventeny and/or the email provided on your application. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to stay informed.
10. Agreement
By submitting your application and/or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
