The High Point Holiday Stroll is back! The High Point Holiday Stroll is an annual celebration that brings the community together for a day of festive activities, shopping, dining, and holiday fun. Attendees can enjoy local vendors, open houses, carriage rides, and entertainment for everyone, all while exploring High Point’s unique charm. It’s the perfect way to support small businesses and experience the holiday spirit throughout the city. The event will be Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 10am to 4pm on North Main Street and adjacent streets! We’re excited to share some exciting updates for this year’s Holiday Stroll—check out what’s new! 🎄 What’s New in 2024 🎄 -Brand Refresh: You may have already noticed; the High Point Holiday Stroll has a fresh new look! We’ve blended tradition with innovation to better reflect the spirit of High Point. We are deeply grateful for Elizabeth’s leadership over the past 14 years, and are pleased to have her continued guidance as she supports us throughout this transition. -Expanded Experiences: This year, we’re adding more excitement with new adult activities, extra vendor markets, a Kids Zone, and free horse-drawn carriage rides. Dear Sponsor Partner, We are thrilled to invite you to partner with us as a sponsor for High Point’s 15th Annual Holiday Stroll, an event dedicated to promoting small businesses and spreading holiday cheer throughout our community. Taking place on Saturday, December 7 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on North Main Street and surrounding areas, this festive celebration has become a cornerstone of our local holiday season, bringing together families, friends, and businesses for a day filled with joy and community spirit. Last year, the Holiday Stroll attracted over 5,900 attendees and generated a significant economic impact of $244,572, directly benefiting our local businesses. Building on last year’s success, we anticipate an even greater turnout and community engagement in 2024, thanks to the generous support of partners like you. The Holiday Stroll features a variety of family-friendly activities, including: -a petting zoo, -carriage rides, -The Grinch movie screening, -and photo opportunities with Santa Claus. This year, we’re excited to introduce new attractions to enhance the visitor experience including: -Adults activities, -more Vendor Markets, -a Kids Zone, -and free Horse Carriage Rides! As a sponsor, your organization will gain valuable visibility among a diverse and enthusiastic audience, be prominently featured across various promotional channels, create a memorable experience that brings holiday cheer and continues to support a growing City. Terms and Conditions: - No Refunds: All sponsorship contributions are non- refundable. - Sponsorship Levels: Please review the sponsorship levels outlined in this application. All sponsors will be recognized based on their selected level. - Brand Visibility: Sponsorship includes brand placement in event promotions, including signage, social media, and printed materials, as detailed in the sponsorship level selected. - Event Participation: Sponsors are encouraged to participate in the event and may have the opportunity to set up a booth, depending on their sponsorship level. - Liability: Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the High Point Holiday Stroll and Visit High Point from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the event.
