By submitting this application, the sponsor agrees to participate in Glamour & Grounded and abide by all event guidelines and policies set forth by the event organizer.
Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment is received. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Payment deadlines must be met to secure sponsorships. Benefits vary based on selected sponsorship tier. The organizer agrees to deliver all outlined promotional and on-site benefits. Sponsors must provide logos, marketing materials, and any required assets by the specified deadline. All sponsors must align with the event’s focus on beauty, fashion, wellness, and an elevated guest experience. The organizer reserves the right to decline any sponsor that does not fit the vision or standards of the event. Sponsors grant permission for their business name, logo, and content to be used for event promotion (social media, flyers, website, etc.) Any specific promotional requests must be agreed upon in advance. Sponsors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful presence during the event. Inappropriate behavior or failure to meet event standards may result in removal without refund. Sponsors participating on-site must follow all setup and breakdown times. Sponsors are responsible for their own materials, displays, and equipment unless otherwise agreed. The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of sponsor property. Sponsors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance if necessary. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to event layout, schedule, or logistics as needed. Sponsors will be notified of any significant updates. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorships will be transferred to the new date. If the event is canceled, sponsors will be notified regarding refund or credit options. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. All sponsors are subject to approval to maintain the integrity and quality of the event.
