About the application

Help us bring the Loganville community together to get our groove on at our annual summer concert series! Now entering its 13th year, Groovin’ on the Green invites residents and visitors to the Town Green on the third Friday night of the summer, May through September, for live music, dancing, and fun-filled evenings. This beloved tradition is made possible in large part through the generous support of our local business community. We invite you to take advantage of this exciting opportunity to promote your business while showing your support for the community and the City of Loganville.

Prices

Starter	$1,500.00	Non-refundable	This level includes the opportunity to set up a tent and distribute promotional items at each concert. Sponsors will receive logo placement on promotional materials, including event t-shirts, banners, and advertising. This level also includes two concert t-shirts and on-stage recognition during each concert.
Triple Play	$3,000.00	Non-refundable	This level includes the opportunity to set up a tent and distribute promotional items at each concert, providing direct interaction with attendees throughout the season. Sponsors will receive logo placement on all promotional materials, including event t-shirts, banners, and advertising, along with on-stage recognition at each concert. Additional benefits include five concert t-shirts and 50% off an advertisement in the Loganville Insider magazine, offering extended visibility beyond the event series.
Executive	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	This level includes the highest level of exposure and promotional engagement throughout the concert season. Sponsors may set up a tent and distribute promotional items at each concert and will receive logo placement on all promotional materials, including event t-shirts, banners, and advertising. This level also includes ten concert t-shirts, on-stage recognition, and a free half-page advertisement in the Loganville Insider magazine. In addition, sponsors receive a dedicated on-stage promotional opportunity prior to each concert and a monthly e-blast promotion, maximizing brand visibility and community reach all summer long.
