Sponsorship Fee
The Neighborhood Sponsor fee is $1,000 and is non-refundable once approved. Sponsorship placement is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Sponsorship Placement & Availability
Neighborhood Sponsor opportunities are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsored activation areas (such as Birds of Prey Demonstration or Safari Stage Show) are subject to availability and final approval by event organizers.
Booth Space
Each Neighborhood Sponsor will receive one 10x10 booth space. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, signage, and any necessary booth setup materials unless otherwise stated. (Tents are provided by The Mill on Etowah).
Branding & Logo Usage
Sponsors must provide an approved logo in a high-resolution format by the designated deadline. Late or incorrect submissions may impact placement. Logo usage, size, and placement are at the discretion of event organizers and may vary by activation area.
Marketing & Promotion
Inclusion in event marketing (website, Facebook Event page, and Instagram) is subject to event timelines and posting schedules. While every effort will be made to provide recognition, specific post frequency or placement is not guaranteed.
Event Operations & Programming
Event programming, demonstrations, and activation areas are subject to change due to weather, animal welfare requirements, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to programming adjustments.
Set-Up & Breakdown
Sponsors must adhere to designated load-in and load-out times. Early breakdown or failure to remain operational for the duration of the event may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.
Conduct & Compliance
Sponsors must comply with all event rules, local laws, and safety guidelines. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any sponsor or booth that is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event, without refund.
Liability & Insurance
Sponsors participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety of their booth, materials, staff, and guests. Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Force Majeure
The event organizers are not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
Final Authority
Event organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce all terms and conditions. All decisions regarding sponsorship placement, programming, and branding are final.
