About the event

The 5th annual Georgia Wildlife Expo outdoor event is set for March 7th - 8th at The Mill on Etowah in downtown Canton. The event will feature vendors, exotic animals, retriever obedience demos, a reptile show, and Dixie Dock Diving Dogs. Live music will be performed on the outdoor stage and children can enjoy the Kid Fun Zone! As a vendor, you will be showcasing and/or selling your goods from 10 am - 6 pm. We ask that each vendor remains open during the entirety of this time.

The Neighborhood Sponsor level is designed for local businesses that want to show up, be seen, and directly support the experiences that make the Etowah Wildlife Expo unforgettable. Neighborhood Sponsors help bring the Expo’s most engaging, educational moments to life—supporting hands-on wildlife experiences and live demonstrations that inspire curiosity, conservation, and connection for guests of all ages. What Your Sponsorship Supports:Neighborhood Sponsors are directly tied to a featured experience at the event, such as: -Birds of Prey Demonstration – Live raptor education highlighting owls, hawks, and falcons -Safari Stage Show – Interactive wildlife presentations and educational storytelling - Kid zone Your sponsorship helps cover animal care, professional handlers, educational programming, staging, and guest safety—ensuring these experiences are both impactful and responsibly executed. Neighborhood Sponsor Benefits Include - 10x10 booth space at the Etowah Wildlife Expo - Logo placement on branded signage and materials located at your sponsored activation area (example: “Birds of Prey Demo presented by [Your Business]”) - Recognition on event marketing, including: - Etowah Wildlife Expo website - Facebook Event page - Instagram mentions and promotional content As a Neighborhood Sponsor, your business is positioned as a local supporter of wildlife education, conservation, and community-centered events—right where families are engaging, learning, and making memories.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Fee The Neighborhood Sponsor fee is $1,000 and is non-refundable once approved. Sponsorship placement is not confirmed until full payment is received. Sponsorship Placement & Availability Neighborhood Sponsor opportunities are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsored activation areas (such as Birds of Prey Demonstration or Safari Stage Show) are subject to availability and final approval by event organizers. Booth Space Each Neighborhood Sponsor will receive one 10x10 booth space. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, signage, and any necessary booth setup materials unless otherwise stated. (Tents are provided by The Mill on Etowah). Branding & Logo Usage Sponsors must provide an approved logo in a high-resolution format by the designated deadline. Late or incorrect submissions may impact placement. Logo usage, size, and placement are at the discretion of event organizers and may vary by activation area. Marketing & Promotion Inclusion in event marketing (website, Facebook Event page, and Instagram) is subject to event timelines and posting schedules. While every effort will be made to provide recognition, specific post frequency or placement is not guaranteed. Event Operations & Programming Event programming, demonstrations, and activation areas are subject to change due to weather, animal welfare requirements, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to programming adjustments. Set-Up & Breakdown Sponsors must adhere to designated load-in and load-out times. Early breakdown or failure to remain operational for the duration of the event may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits. Conduct & Compliance Sponsors must comply with all event rules, local laws, and safety guidelines. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any sponsor or booth that is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event, without refund. Liability & Insurance Sponsors participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety of their booth, materials, staff, and guests. Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Force Majeure The event organizers are not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions. Final Authority Event organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce all terms and conditions. All decisions regarding sponsorship placement, programming, and branding are final.
