Teams will battle through competitive matchup games in an environment built to highlight players and programs. With OTR’s diverse media team on site including videographers, photographers, scouting staff, and content creators. Athletes have the opportunity to be seen, evaluated, and showcased across multiple platforms. The Opening is more than a warm-up. It’s the early-season proving ground for teams aiming to establish themselves on the national radar. The opening is THE STAGE for elite teams in the Southeast.

About the application

On The Radar Hoops offers multiple sponsorship and brand activation opportunities across our nationally recognized youth basketball tournaments. With 45+ events annually, including premier tournaments featuring 300+ teams and thousands of athletes, coaches, and families, OTR provides meaningful exposure to a highly engaged sports audience. Sponsorship options range from on-site signage and court branding to digital promotion, email marketing inclusion, social media features, and in-app visibility through OTR Perks. Brands can also explore premium activation opportunities, including lead capture integrations, on-site engagement, product sampling, and exclusive category placement. For select partners, we offer potential NIL opportunities with participating athletes, allowing brands to create authentic marketing campaigns aligned with high-level youth talent competing on our platform. Each partnership is customizable based on brand goals, target markets, and event locations. Opportunities are limited and designed to create measurable value for both sponsors and the OTR community. Terms & Conditions

All sponsorships with On The Radar Hoops are subject to written agreement outlining deliverables, placement, and duration. Sponsorship benefits vary based on selected package and event location. Full payment is required to secure sponsorship assets unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once activation planning, production, or promotional inclusion has begun. On-site assets such as signage, banners, and promotional materials must be approved by OTR prior to display. Sponsors are responsible for providing all creative materials by agreed-upon deadlines. Failure to meet deadlines may result in forfeited promotional benefits without refund. Category exclusivity is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the executed sponsorship agreement. Sponsors engaging in NIL-related opportunities must comply with all applicable NIL laws, school policies, and governing body regulations. OTR does not guarantee athlete participation unless formally contracted. OTR reserves the right to modify event logistics, schedules, or placements due to venue requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, comparable value will be provided when possible. Sponsors agree to operate in a professional manner consistent with the OTR brand and youth sports environment. OTR reserves the right to terminate any sponsorship that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the event environment. Participation in OTR sponsorship programming constitutes agreement to these terms.

These cards are distributed free to players, families, and coaches, driving real traffic to participating businesses during event weekends. Partners provide a custom promotion inside the app, creating a simple and measurable way to convert tournament exposure into customer visits. Sponsorship includes the following: • Featured listing inside the OTR Perks digital platform • Custom offer or promotion to drive foot traffic • Direct visibility to players, families, coaches, and spectators • Promotion tied to tournament weekends • Social media recognition as an OTR Perks Partner • Ability to track engagement and adjust offers as needed • Ideal for restaurants, retail, and local service providers
NIL Add-On Opportunities	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	NIL Add-On Opportunities allow qualifying sponsors to collaborate directly with participating athletes for authentic brand exposure. Options may include sponsored social media posts, highlight reel features, branded interviews, or event takeovers. These activations create meaningful connections between brands and high-level grassroots athletes while aligning with current NIL guidelines. All NIL partnerships are coordinated through OTR and include a facilitation fee to manage structure, compliance, and execution.
