About the application

Welcome to the Lebanon Strawberry Festival Country Fair. Your application will be received and acknowledged within just a few days.  Booths are placed according to seniority, availability, compatibility with neighboring businesses and best fit. The Event Manager monitors the placement and has final decision. You must provide a photo of your booth set up and of merchandise. If you do not have photos please contact us.  

Terms & Conditions

All applications are subject to approval.  Payment of deposit is due at time of application, but will not be charged until approved.  All required documents must be provided or application will be canceled.  (Some documents can follow approval) NEW for 2026:  Embrace the Strawberry!  Your booth MUST include something related to strawberries - either items that you sell or booth decor, flags and costuming.    You must agree to be in place and open during required hours or you will forfeit your right to participate.
