GA Country Summer Festival 2026 Business Sponsorship Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility - Sponsorship opportunities are available to all businesses interested in supporting the GA Country Summer Festival 2026. 2. Sponsorship Levels and Benefits - Various sponsorship levels are available, each with distinct benefits including, but not limited to, awards, certificates, visa gift cards, and promotional recognition. - Specific sponsorship benefits will be outlined in the sponsorship package provided to prospective sponsors. 3. Application Process - Interested businesses must complete and submit a sponsorship application by the designated deadline. - Sponsorship agreements must be signed and returned to confirm participation. 4. Payment Terms - Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the deadline specified in the sponsorship agreement. - Payment can be made via check, credit card, or other approved methods as indicated in the sponsorship package. 5. Recognition - Sponsors will receive recognition at the event through various means, including but not limited to: - Logo placement on event materials, banners, and digital screens. - Verbal acknowledgment during the event. - Inclusion in press releases and promotional content. 6. Liability - All sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from sponsorship participation. - Sponsors should maintain their own insurance coverage as necessary. 7. Cancellation Policy - Sponsors may cancel their sponsorship in writing prior to the cancellation deadline specified in the sponsorship agreement. - Cancellations made after the deadline may result in forfeiture of sponsorship fees. 8. Compliance and Conduct - Sponsors must adhere to the event's code of conduct and uphold a positive image consistent with the values of the GA Country Summer Festival. - The event organizers reserve the right to review and approve all promotional materials used by sponsors. 9. Changes to Sponsorship Terms - The event organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of sponsorships as necessary, with notice provided to all sponsors. 10. Governing Law - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the GA Country Summer Festival.
