Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all sponsorship tiers for The Starfall Celebration
1. Sponsorship Agreement
A formal agreement will be executed between Baton Rouge Fantasy Ball ("Organizer") and the sponsoring entity ("Sponsor") outlining the sponsorship tier, benefits, and obligations.
2. Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsors will receive benefits as detailed in their selected sponsorship package, including but not limited to logo placement, event tickets, and promotional mentions.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment of the sponsorship fee is due within 14 days of signing the agreement.
Payments not received by the due date may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.
4. Use of Sponsor's Intellectual Property
Sponsors grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their trademarks and logos for event promotion and related materials.
Sponsors represent and warrant that they have the rights to grant such usage and that such use will not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Event Modifications and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including date, venue, and format, with prior notice to sponsors.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the Organizer will offer alternative benefits or reschedule the event.
6. Sponsor Conduct
Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of The Starfall Celebration.
Any actions deemed detrimental to the event may result in termination of the sponsorship agreement without refund.
7. Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sponsorship agreement.
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any claims arising from their participation in the event.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
