Terms & Conditions

School of Rock: Field Day – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Event Date: May 17, 2025 Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA Hosted by: Goin’ Social Events 1. Sponsorship Agreement By confirming sponsorship of School of Rock: Field Day, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined herein and to provide financial or in-kind support as detailed in the sponsorship package or agreement with Goin’ Social Events. 2. Sponsorship Benefits Benefits provided to sponsors will align with the agreed-upon sponsorship level (e.g., logo placement, social media mentions, event signage, on-site promotion, etc.). Goin’ Social Events will make every reasonable effort to deliver these benefits as described. 3. Payment Terms All sponsorship fees must be paid in full by May 3, 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits. 4. Logo & Branding Materials Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and any required promotional materials (e.g., banners, ads, etc.) by April 26, 2025. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to approve all sponsor content used in conjunction with the event. 5. Event is Rain or Shine School of Rock: Field Day will take place rain or shine. All sponsorships are final and non-refundable. 6. Event Conduct & Liability Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove or disallow any sponsor content or activity deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misaligned with the values of the event. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, and all related partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event. 7. Use of Sponsor Logo By participating, the sponsor grants Goin’ Social Events the right to use their logo, name, and relevant brand materials in promotional materials related to the event (social media, flyers, signage, etc.). 8. Exclusivity Unless otherwise stated in the sponsorship package, sponsorship does not include category exclusivity. Exclusive rights must be arranged separately in writing. 9. Agreement Binding By submitting payment or written confirmation of sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to all terms outlined in this document.

Stage Recognition: Special sponsorship shout-outs by our event hosts between stage events.
