By signing up as a Lounge Sponsor, you agree to the following: Lock in Your Spot Fee: $150.00, due upon approval. Non-refundable. Your sponsorship is official once payment clears. Shine Bright All branding and activations must be approved by us—think of it as “helping your brand look amazing without the stress.” Your Setup, Your Style Sponsors provide their own tables, chairs, and décor. Bourbon-themed décor encouraged! Keep it classy—no glitter, confetti, or wall damage (the venue frowns… $250 frown fee applies). Spread the Word We’ll hype you, but don’t be shy! Promote your brand, post, tag, and get people excited to find you at the event. Safety & Responsibility You’re in charge of your products, setup, and activities. We love fun, but we’re not liable for accidents or unexpected shenanigans. If Life Happens Acts of God, epidemics, or other curveballs may force a reschedule.
