Join Us for the 13th Annual Taste of Vienna! Don’t miss your chance to support the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department (VVFD) at the 13th annual Taste of Vienna—a beloved community event celebrating the incredible restaurants and food trucks that make Vienna such a great place to live and dine. Admission is free! Enjoy delicious bites and refreshing beverages from local food vendors, plus a selection of adult beverages from area breweries and wineries. Mark your calendar: Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 11 AM to 8 PM, at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department (400 Center Street South, Vienna)—rain or shine! Bring the whole family for a day filled with great food, live music, a bounce house, and face painting for the kids. Come hungry, have fun, and help support your hometown heroes at the VVFD!

Taste of Vienna – Stage Sponsor Benefits Event Presence Custom banner with logo and company name prominently displayed on the stage Brand Visibility All printed promotional materials distributed throughout the local area The Taste of Vienna website and all associated social media channels Marketing & Promotion Extensive promotion by the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department (VVFD) leading up to the event, including: Newsletters Email blasts Press releases Website features Cross-promotion at other VVFD events Special acknowledgment during festival announcements Exposure and recognition on the event website for one full year following the event, including a direct link to your company’s website VIP Benefits Nine complimentary ticket books valid at any booth, for use by your VIPs, employees, customers, or vendors

Terms & Conditions

ALL sponsorship level authorized representatives specifically acknowledge that by signing this contract no refunds will be made as a result of inclement weather at the 13th Annual Taste of Vienna. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after April 1, 2026. Failure to comply with all deadlines and requirements for participation, or to remit payment by the deadline may disqualify you from participating and result in your exclusion from the 14th Annual Taste of Vienna. Sponsor organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., its members, and the Town of Vienna from any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods for any reason. Your organization is solely responsible for your booth space and booth operation.
