2025 Willoughby Winter Pop-Up Shop Location: Willoughby Senior Center 36939 Ridge Rd. Willoughby, OH Date: Sunday, December 14, 2025 Time: 10:00am-4:00pm Join us for our last show of the season! Join the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows in partnership with the city of Willoughby and shop local, this holiday season! This handmade market will be organized by the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show team and feature artists and crafters selling their original items! This show is currently accepting vendors. About the application

Thank you so much for your interest in being a sponsor at our event this year! This event will include the following in regards to space: In addition, your participation as a sponsor also includes: • Logo on all digital flyers/eblasts (if signed up in time for distribution) • Logo on show signage (if signed up in time for printing) • Booth presence at each event. All booths must have some type of interactive artistic element to them ie: coloring table for kids, face painting, handmade element etc. • Designated social media post mentions • Mention in all press release and event listings on over 250+ event sites (if signed up in time before distribution) • Mention in all eblasts sent to over 14,000 subscribers (if signed up in time before distribution)

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions ("terms", "terms and conditions") carefully before registering. FEE & PARTICIPATION. Participant agrees to pay $500.00 to AG. Participant shall arrive to check-in on the date of the Show between 8:00am-10:00am and feature their space from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Participant agrees not to breakdown their space early, and breakdown only between 4:00-5:00pm. DAMAGES. Participant and its vendor/booth representative(s) and/or team, agrees to fully release, acquit, and forever discharge AG, its event staff, sponsors and volunteers, jointly and severally, for any and all claims for bodily injury, loss of services or employment, medical expenses, any damage including, but not limited to, loss or damage of Participant’s property in the care, custody, or control of AG, occurring in or upon the space reserved for all activities for the Show, and any and all claims, demands, causes of action, judgements, and executions, which may arise out of participation in the Show, including costs and reasonable attorney fees. Should any damage to venue property occur as a result of Participant’s use at the Show, Participant agrees to fully compensate AG within thirty (30) days of receiving documentation of such damage. In addition, AG, its event staff, sponsors and volunteers are not responsible for any broken, lost, or stolen items at any time, and especially as a result of leaving a booth unattended and/or overnight. The Participant, vendor/booth representative(s) and/or team assumes complete responsibility and risk by leaving property unattended. CANCELLATION. The Parties agree that no cash refunds will be issued upon cancellation by either party. Should AG cancel the Show at any time, for any reason, AG agrees to refund Participant in full in the form of credit towards a future show. At the time of cancellation, Participant shall notify AG of which show it wishes to apply the credit towards. Should Participant utilize a refund credit pertaining to this Agreement and thereafter cancel again, no secondary refund credit will be available. The Parties agree to a one time reschedule per event, subject to this Section. Cancellation by Participant for any reason, will result in forfeit of fee in full without refund credit. MARKETING & PHOTOGRAPHY. Participant agrees to allow AG full use of photos of Participant's work(s) to use towards promoting the show line, included but not limited to: website, social media, and print media. INSURANCE. The Parties are aware that AG will not provide any form of business insurance to Participant, and Participant is on notice that it may carry its own liability coverage. COVID 19 AND/OR ANY CURRENT PANDEMIC. Participant agrees to adhere to any and all rules, policies and guidelines as set forth by AG, the State of Ohio, the Ohio Department of Health, Cuyahoga County, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, and/or the Responsible Restart Ohio Sector Specific Operating Requirements, as they pertain to the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic, including but not limited to the screening of participants for signs of fever, acknowledgement by participants of being COVID- 19 symptom free, and social distancing protocols for COVID-19 or any other current pandemic. Should it be necessary to cancel the Show due to Covid-19 or any other current pandemic, concerns or mandates, Participant will be issued a credit in full towards a future show. No cash refunds will be granted. CONDITIONS OF USE We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully. COPYRIGHT Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of the Avant-Garde Shows, with copyright authorship for this compilation by the Avant-Garde shows. COMMUNICATIONS The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
