Terms & Conditions
Agreement — By submitting this sponsorship application, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined herein and to fulfill any pledged financial or in-kind contribution.
Payment — Sponsorship payment must be made in full within 14 days of acceptance to secure all benefits and placement on marketing materials.
Benefits — Sponsor recognition (logos, mentions, posts, signage, etc.) will be provided as outlined in the selected sponsorship tier. Event management reserves the right to adjust placements for design or space reasons.
Cancellations — If a sponsor cancels after materials have been printed or promotions have begun, no refund or credit will be issued.
In-Kind Sponsorships — Goods or services provided in lieu of payment (e.g., food, hotel rooms, or prizes) must be approved in advance and delivered by the agreed date.
Use of Marks — Sponsors grant Chesterfield County Anime permission to use their logo, business name, and promotional materials for marketing the event.
Liability — Chesterfield County Anime, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
Event Changes — The event schedule, venue layout, or guest lineup may be subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct — All sponsors must adhere to family-friendly and professional standards during the event.
Acceptance — Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Chesterfield County Anime reserves the right to decline sponsorships that do not align with the event’s mission or audience.
