Berks Pride Fest is the largest and longest-running LGBTQ+ Pride celebration in Berks County, hosted by Reading Pride Celebration. Since 2006, the festival has brought together thousands of community members and allies for a vibrant day of entertainment, education, advocacy, and connection. Featuring live performances, diverse vendors, food trucks, and community organizations, Berks Pride Fest creates an inclusive, welcoming space that celebrates authenticity, visibility, and pride for all.

About the application

(Exclusive Opportunity) As the Official Admissions & Welcome Sponsor of the 20th Anniversary Berks Pride Fest, your organization helps create the first impression for thousands of attendees entering the festival grounds. This exclusive sponsorship highlights your visible commitment to welcoming and supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Greater Reading while providing prominent recognition throughout the festival. Includes: • 10x20 booth space near the festival entrance (prime placement) • Full-page advertisement in the printed 20th Anniversary Pride Guide • Opportunity to provide a welcome message featured in the Pride Guide • Prominent logo placement on volunteer event shirts • Exclusive sponsor signage at the festival entrance and admissions area • Premium logo placement on the Reading Pride website • Dedicated sponsor spotlight post on social media, plus additional acknowledgments • Opportunity to deliver brief welcome remarks during the opening ceremony • Complimentary admission for booth staff and representatives Thank you for helping us welcome our community as we celebrate 20 years of Pride in Greater Reading.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By submitting a sponsorship registration, you agree to the following: Sponsorship registrations are considered a commitment to participate. An invoice will be issued by Reading Pride Celebration upon approval of your registration. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Logos and promotional materials must be submitted by the stated deadline to ensure inclusion in printed and digital materials. Sponsor representatives and booth staff must comply with all festival rules, policies, and applicable laws. Reading Pride reserves the right to adjust event layout or logistics as necessary. Detailed booth instructions and deadlines will be provided prior to the event.
