Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application, you agree to the following: • All sponsorships are subject to approval by Zimmad Events. • Payment is due before the event; all payments are non-refundable. • Sponsors must provide logos, graphics, and materials by required deadlines. • Zimmad Events may adjust logo placement, size, or display methods as needed. • Booth/table space (if included) must follow all event and venue rules. Sponsors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and materials. • Zimmad Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. • Celebrity or event branding (“brought to you by”) may be modified for consistency. • If a celebrity cancels, an equivalent benefit will be provided—no refunds. • All sponsor activations must remain PG-13 and family-friendly. • Digital screen placement/rotations are subject to availability and scheduling. • Zimmad Events may modify event layouts, schedules, or programming as needed. • Sponsors must conduct themselves professionally; violations may result in removal without refund. • Sponsors are responsible for any damages they cause to event or venue property. • Zimmad Events is not liable for injuries, losses, or interruptions. • Submission constitutes agreement to all policies and confirmation that the applicant is authorized to represent the sponsoring organization.

CELEBRITY SPONSOR	$2,500.00	Non-refundable	Your company will be billed as: “Celebrity Name, brought to you by Your Company Name” Benefits Include: • Celebrity panel re-branded with your company name • Sponsorship placement on celebrity booth banner • Up to 2,000 4×6 handouts (graphics must be provided) • 15 3-Day Passes • Logo placement on website, media ads & all social media Great for brands who want guaranteed face-time with celebrity traffic.
