About the event

Grab your Easter baskets and get ready for a day of fun Saturday, March 21 from 11am-2pm! Sensory Friendly Hour is 10-11am. This family event hosted by the City of Milton and Stonecreek Church at Cambridge High School will include egg hunts for all ages beginning at 1:00 p.m including a sensory friendly hunt at 12 p.m. Join us for games, face painting, music a visit from the Easter Bunny, and more!

Terms & Conditions

In submitting an application for Sponsorship for a Milton Community Event, the Sponsor agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions: 1. All Sponsorship payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 2. Applicants must submit Sponsorship payment in full upon the City of Milton’s acceptance of the Sponsorship application. If an Applicant fails to submit Sponsorship Payment in full within ten (10) days of the City of Milton’s acceptance of the Sponsorship application, such non-payment shall reflect and be evidence of Applicant’s desire to no longer sponsor the event. 3. All events are rain or shine unless dangerous weather occurs. The Event Organizer along with City of Milton Staff have final authority to determine what constitutes dangerous weather and may postpone or cancel an event, in their sole discretion. 4. Sponsorships are non-exclusive. All businesses and organizations are welcome to apply. 5. Each level of Sponsorship does NOT include space at the event. If the Sponsorship level includes a booth or table at the festival, the City of Milton will provide a 10x10’ OR 10x20’ tent and appropriate weights. The Sponsor is responsible for providing all additional booth supplies including but not limited to tables, chairs, and décor. Additionally, Sponsors are not to engage in aggressive selling tactics to event attendees but are permitted to include promotional materials and engage in conversation with event participants if the participant approaches the display. Booth décor should be in good taste. City of Milton Staff has the authority to require removal or modification of any display and failure to comply with City of Milton Staff’s request may result in law enforcement involvement. 6. All Sponsors are required to set-up their booths in their designated spaces on a schedule determined by City of Milton Staff. Event Management reserves the right to relocate the Sponsor’s designated space if said Sponsor fails to abide by the event schedule. 7. Sponsor acknowledges that participation as a Sponsor with the City of Milton does not confer any special consideration or benefit from the City of Milton regarding any other activity such Sponsor may be engaged in, presently or in the future, with the City of Milton. 8. Sponsor assumes all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participating in the Sponsorship and activities. In considerations of the City of Milton providing permission to use the space requested, you, and all members of your Sponsorship organization (i.e., company, business, nonprofit, family), do hereby release the City of Milton, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants and agents (collectively the “releasees”), of any and all claims, demands and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, to include any and all bodily or personal injuries, damage to property, and any other damages or injuries, whether foreseen or unforeseen, resulting from or related to participation in the Sponsorship and event activities planned in the City of Milton, and all members of your Sponsorship organization also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from all claims for bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof arising out of you or your group’s joint or several negligence or willful conduct, to include that of your agents, servants or workmen. Postponement and Cancellation by the Event Organizer and City of Milton The Event Organizer and City of Milton shall be relieved of its obligations under this Agreement in the event that the holding of the Event by the Event Organizer, the performance by the Event Organizer of any of its material obligations under this Agreement and/or the attendance at the Event by the Sponsors and/or any other Sponsor and/or any visitors is impossible, illegal or substantially or materially interfered with, due to any cause or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Event Organizer and City of Milton or the providers of the Event Venue including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion, armed hostilities, act of terrorism, revolution, blockade, embargo, strike, lock-out, sit-in, industrial or trade dispute, adverse weather, disease, risk to public health, accident to or breakdown of plant or machinery, shortage of any material, labor, transport, electricity or other supply, regulatory intervention, general advice or recommendation of any government (including any government agency or department), regulatory authority or international agency against travel, events and/or public gatherings, or the Venue becomes unavailable and/or unfit for occupancy and/or use (“force majeure”). In the event of force majeure, the Event Organizer and City of Milton may cancel, amend the date of the Event or change the Venue or otherwise alter the Event. The Event Organizer and City of Milton shall be under no liability to the Sponsor or any other person in respect of any actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the Sponsor as the result thereof. Event venue, date, time and layout The Event Organizer reserves the rights to determine, and if it deems necessary, alter at its sole discretion, in each case without liability: 1) The location and/or size of the Venue; 2) The timings for the Event; 3) The term or duration of the Event; 4) The date or dates on which the Event is to be held; 5) The layout of the Event generally; 6) The format of the Event 7) The content of the Event 8) The entrances and exits to and from the Event; and 9) Any and all other technical or administrative details in respect of the Event. The Event Organizer will use reasonable endeavors to notify the Sponsor of any changes or alterations to the Event as a whole which materially and detrimentally impact on the Sponsor’s rights under this Agreement. The Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that such changes and alterations may be required to be made by the Event Organizer to benefit and safeguard the value of the Event as a whole. USE OF BRANDING Subject to the Sponsor complying with the provisions of this Agreement, the Event Organizer hereby grants the Sponsor a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license for the period of time between the date of the Agreement and the end of the Event, to use the Event Organizer Branding solely and strictly for the purpose of reasonably promoting, marketing and advertising its participation in the Event. Subject to the Event Organizer complying with the provisions of this Agreement, the Sponsor hereby grants the Event Organizer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license, to use the Sponsor Branding solely and strictly for the purpose of promoting, marketing and advertising the Event and the Sponsor’s involvement in the Event.
