About the event

Come and shop artist for Arts sake and for the holiday season! Artisan Open Market together with Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester Sunday December 4th 10am-4pm Making a good thing even greater! An indoor artisan market hosting unique fine artis, makers and craftsmanship. A purposely gathered collection of local & regional artist, creatives & makers offering a wide array of art. Utilitarian, functional, decorative  & all facets of arts creating a unique show as well as market shopping experience for our events visitors who will find everything ranging from ceramics, jewelry, fine art, photographic arts, fashion, pottery, sculpture, wood & metal work, furnishings, home decor, scents, craft soaps and much more.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in participating this event! Artist Open Market has a number of different ways that you can be a patron of the arts through sponsorship of Artist Open Market and the many things we do to support and promote our local artist & small businesses. Our supporting site ShopRochesterArts.com is made completely free to use for all local artist and further helps to promote local artist connecting them to local patrons of the arts. A focused online platform where they can be discovered, seen, promote & sell online 247 365! Your support towards the event overall or a particular event not only gives something back to you in regards to our patrons and visitors finding their way to your business, but more importantly keeps the moving forward of the arts and the social & economic community and opportunity it creates via your support! The following form is an application to secure your interest as a Sponsor. All applications are due by November 30, 2022 and are reviewed prior to acceptance. Please review what the different levels of sponsorships are, marketing and promotional needs, and the terms and conditions of what participating as a Sponsor includes. Please note that any sponsorships coming in after the deadline may not receive the full benefit of the sponsorship package. Terms & Conditions

• Additional Terms & Conditions* • I acknowledge that my sponsorship financial contribution is non-refundable and is due at the time of application approval. • I agree that I will adhere to all NYS safety protocols regarding event gatherings and the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. • If I attend, I agree that I will conduct myself in a manner that is respectful to both my peers, the hosts of the event, and the guests of the event at all times. If I should break this agreement, I understand that I will be asked to leave the event immediately. • I agree that I will not transfer my sponsorship to another Sponsor unless discussed and with a written agreed decision to do so. • I agree that the event host and/or event venue will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs on the premises. • I agree that I will pay the Sponsor fee in full up front to secure my level once my application has been accepted. • I acknowledge that my application does not guarantee a sponsorship level and my sponsorship is pending on application approval. • I acknowledge that my "In-Kind" sponsorship contribution is non-refundable and will be provided to an event representative by December 1, 2022. If my contribution is perishable, this will be provided no later than Day prior of of the event. • I agree that if I am considered as a food and/or beverage Sponsor, that I have the proper certifications and permits to serve/cater food and/or beverages. • If I need graphic design services, I acknowledge and agree to pay a fee of $100 and will follow a standard format that follows the aesthetic of the rest of the material.
