Supporter-Level Sponsorship for the 2nd Annual Brides by the Bay Wedding Expo Nominee: Top 5 Best Event on the Eastern Shore, 2026 Best of Baldwin By claiming the Pearl Sponsor title, your business will receive: • Name listed on the event website and thank-you signage • Social media acknowledgement • Option to place branded materials for brides at check-in Note: While Bay Area Events is not a nonprofit organization, sponsorship expenses may be considered a marketing or advertising expense for your business and could be eligible for tax deductions, providing additional value while supporting a highly visible event.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship benefits are subject to the production schedule and deadlines of the event. 2. Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee approval until payment and agreement are received. 3. All promotional materials provided by the sponsor must be approved by Bay Area Events prior to distribution. 4. Sponsorship is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. 5. Bay Area Events reserves the right to make final decisions regarding placement and use of logos, ads, and branded materials. 6. Cancellation or withdrawal of sponsorship does not guarantee a refund.
