Event Overview The Brooklet Fantasy & Folklore Festival is a family-friendly celebration of legends, medieval-inspired entertainment, immersive fantasy experiences, and a vibrant artisan marketplace. The festival brings together families, fantasy enthusiasts, and regional visitors for a full weekend of performances, themed attractions, and community engagement. Produced by Events by Courtney Kaye, the festival highlights local creativity, small businesses, and immersive entertainment while bringing thousands of visitors to the Brooklet and greater Statesboro area. Expected attendance: 3,000–4,000 guests Marketing & Promotion The Brooklet Fantasy & Folklore Festival will be promoted through a multi-channel marketing campaign leading up to the event. Promotional efforts include social media marketing, regional event calendars, local partnerships, and targeted outreach throughout the Statesboro and surrounding communities. Sponsors receive visibility through festival signage, event announcements, digital promotion, and engagement with thousands of festival attendees throughout the weekend.

Presenting Sponsor	$10,000.00	Non-refundable	As a sponsor, your organization will receive prominent recognition throughout the festival, including title recognition on major marketing materials, logo placement on the official festival website and social media platforms, and special acknowledgment during the opening ceremony. This sponsorship also includes exclusive naming rights for the Knight’s Pavilion, premium vendor booth placement, and your organization’s name featured on the official festival banner for added visibility. Sponsors will also receive 10 complimentary festival tickets for their guests.
Bard Sponsor	$7,500.00	Non-refundable	As a sponsor, your organization will receive exclusive naming rights for the Main Stage, along with prominent stage signage throughout the festival. Your support will also be recognized during live performances, with logo placement on the official festival website and sponsor recognition across festival social media platforms. This sponsorship includes the option for vendor booth space to engage directly with attendees, as well as 8 complimentary festival tickets for your guests.
Realm Sponsor	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	Sponsors will receive exclusive sponsorship of one featured attraction, with the opportunity to choose from unique festival experiences such as the Jousting Experience, Viking Encampment, Falconry Demonstrations, Dead City Circus Sideshow, or Magical Fairy Experience. Your organization will be recognized with signage at the attraction, acknowledgment during festival announcements, logo placement on the festival website, and sponsor recognition across festival social media platforms. This sponsorship also includes the option for vendor booth space to connect with attendees and 5 complimentary festival tickets for your guests.
Village Sponsor	$2,500.00	Non-refundable	Village Sponsors will be recognized through their association with one of the festival’s featured experiences, with available sponsorship opportunities including the Crack Whip Performance or the Mermaid Experience. Sponsors will receive recognition tied to their sponsored attraction, logo placement on the festival website, social media sponsor recognition, and acknowledgment on official sponsor signage throughout the event. This sponsorship also includes 3 complimentary festival tickets for your guests.
