Community Sponsor β Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or committing to the Community Sponsor Package ($250) for the GA Country Summer Festival 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta.
1. Sponsorship Purpose
Community Sponsorship supports the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta Back2School Supply Drive (2026β2027) and helps fund community programming, event operations, and educational outreach initiatives.
2. Sponsor Benefits
Community Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
Logo placement on the GA Country Summer Festival website under the Community Partners Page
Social media recognition as part of a Community Sponsor group shout-out
Two (2) General Admission tickets to the Indoor Fundraiser Concert
All benefits are non-transferable unless approved by the event organizer.
3. Logo & Marketing Materials
Sponsors must provide their logo in high-resolution format (PNG or JPG) within 7 days of sponsorship confirmation in order to be included on the website and promotional materials.
The Xtreme Dreams Foundation reserves the right to resize, format, or adjust sponsor logos to maintain design consistency.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment of $250 is required to secure the Community Sponsor package. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received and confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
Sponsorship payments are considered donations supporting a charitable initiative and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
6. Event Changes
The Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta reserves the right to modify event programming, entertainment lineup, scheduling, or venue arrangements if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Use of Event Media
By participating as a sponsor, you grant permission for your business name and logo to be used in event marketing, promotional materials, website listings, and social media related to the festival.
8. Liability
Sponsors agree that the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta and event partners are not responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or expenses related to participation in the sponsorship program.
9. Agreement
By submitting payment and registering as a sponsor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
