1. Sponsorship Scope
The Volunteer Experience Sponsor package includes brand integration within the volunteer program, including logo placement on volunteer/staff shirts, product placement in the volunteer lounge, and inclusion in volunteer swag bags. Specific placements are determined by High & Dry Festival based on event logistics and production timelines.
2. Logo & Asset Submission
Sponsor must provide all required assets (logos, product details, etc.) by the specified deadline.
Failure to meet deadlines may result in exclusion from certain placements (including t-shirts or printed materials) without refund.
3. T-Shirt Production
Logo placement on volunteer/staff shirts will be determined by High & Dry Festival.
Size, placement, and design are at the discretion of the event organizers to maintain brand consistency.
4. Product Placement (Volunteer Lounge)
Sponsor may provide product for volunteer consumption or display, subject to approval.
All products must comply with local regulations and event guidelines.
No alcohol or non-compliant products permitted.
5. Swag Bag Inclusion (Volunteer Bags)
Sponsor may include approved items in volunteer gift bags.
Items must be delivered by the specified deadline.
High & Dry Festival reserves the right to exclude items deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant.
6. Branding & Mentions
Any event mentions (verbal, digital, or printed) are at the discretion of High & Dry Festival and based on overall event programming.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm sponsorship.
Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received.
8. No Exclusivity
This sponsorship does not guarantee category exclusivity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
All sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
If the event is rescheduled, sponsorship benefits will transfer to the new date.
10. Liability & Compliance
Sponsor agrees to comply with all local, state, and event regulations.
High & Dry Festival reserves the right to remove any materials or products that do not meet compliance standards.
