These days will be packed with page-turning family fun, featuring mouthwatering food, talented vendors, creative crafters, thrilling entertainment, and so much more! It’s going to be a happily ever after that you don't want to miss!

About the application

As a Presenting Sponsor of Suwanee Fest, you receive: • 20’x20’ booth space • Event will be referred to as “Suwanee Fest, presented by [YOUR ORGANIZATION]” • Ten Suwanee Fest t-shirts • Full-page ad in special Suwanee Magazine pull-out section • Feature story in special Suwanee Magazine pull-out section (up to one page) • Dedicated SuwaneeFest.com webpage with feature story • Banner placement near the stage (thanking you as Presenting Sponsor) • Five parking passes • 10-minute visit from Parker, Suwanee's mascot, each day during the festival • Complimentary lunch from the Suwanee Fest food court for up to eight people each festival day • Tent(s), table(s), and chairs (if needed) • Electricity (if requested) • Complimentary parade entry • Invitation to judge the parade • Invitation to Friends of Suwanee events • Invitation to and special recognition at Suwanee City Council meeting • Logo in November Suwanee Magazine “thank you” ad • Logo on all promotional posters, banners, advertisements, and official Suwanee Fest t-shirt • Logo listing on SuwaneeFest.com homepage • Logo highlight(s) and tags in social media posts • Visit from Parker at your business two weeks prior to the festival (can be used to capture social media content highlighting your participation in Suwanee Fest) • Up to ten minutes of stage time over the festival weekend Please note that all sponsors will be asked to put a credit card on file to apply. If your preferred payment method is not a credit card, the card on file will NOT be charged.

The City of Suwanee, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.
