Mike Endres owns and runs Little Wing Photo and has been photographing the Sandhill Cranes of the San Luis Valley since the mid-1990s. With over 50 years behind the camera, his work focuses on the great outdoors and has been published in scientific journals and books worldwide. A 37-year Army career shaped his eye and access, and he remains active in climbing, backcountry skiing, birding, and remote travel.
