Doug Ouren is a retired USGS Physical Scientist, who spent the majority of his 32-year career working on applying high tech tools, including remote sensing, GPS and GIS to wildlife ecology related questions with various wildlife species including grizzly bears, elk and Gunnison sage-grouse. Doug has spent the last 4 years working on elk management related questions at the Baca National Wildlife Refuge.
