David Robbins is president and co-founder of Hill & Robbins, P.C., specializing in water, natural resources, and environmental law. A former U.S. Army captain, he also served with the U.S. EPA and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, including as Deputy Attorney General. He represented Colorado in major interstate water matters and helped defend the state’s first instream flow protection law.
