More Information:

Fandoms represented include Comic Books, Movies, TV Shows, Wrestling, Anime, Cartoons, Horror, Toys and Games.  As such, we offer access to fans (buyers) but bear no responsibility for sales of your product. We will offer that Fayetteville is a military and working class community, and we have seen vendors do very well when they understand that economic driver. We also do our best to keep Booth Prices as low as possible (with no additional increase this year, even though our costs have increased) to give even more opportunity for our vendors to profit. Simply put, the typical guest at our shows has the ability to pay for, but not OVERPAY for items.

We define "VENDOR" as a person or company offering something for sale, or resale. For Fayetteville Comic Con, these items often include Comic Books, Toys, Posters and Prints, Clothing and Apparel, Specialty Foodstuffs, Arms and Armor, Movies, Books, Collectibles, statues, plushm action figures, Pop Funko, etc., typically and best themed to traditional or emerging "Geek" fandoms.

We define "EXHIBITOR" as a third-party advertising, but not actively selling goods and services, or other events, or businesses, or charities.

WE HOLD ALL VENDORS, EXHIBITORS, THEIR STAFF AND FAMILY TO OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

We understand that some "GEEK" properties (Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, etc.) require licencing for use. With that understanding, Fayetteville Comic Con Inc., Raleigh Llama Productions, Inc., the Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, and their agents, representatives, and employees bear no responsibility for violations or infringements. All risk is born by the Vendor.

Revenue generated from the sale of goods in North Carolina is subject to Sales Tax, enforceable by the North Carolina Department of Revenue. For record, we ask for a Tax ID during registration, but the supply of that identification is at the discretion of the seller.

Bootleg Merchandise is discouraged, although we will not actively police this issue, as we hold no expertise in product. If bootleg merchandise is brought to our attention, we will investigate and communicate concern to the vendor in question. We hold a responsibility to our attendees to deal in a fair and equitable fashion. Any risk associated with this topic is borne by the Vendor. In stark contrast to an item being fake, a bootleg piece as no intention of marketing itself as the real thing, the aim of a bootleg piece isn’t to copy existing pieces, only to creatively appropriate brands, mimicking the original but making it the designers own, resulting in a unique looking product.

We do not allow the sale of pirated, fake or counterfeit items. If these are brought to our attention, we will investigate and communicate concern to the vendor in question. We hold a responsibility to our attendees to deal in a fair and equitable fashion. Any risk associated with this topic is borne by the Vendor, including the acknowledgement that Fayetteville Comic Con can, at any time, restrict the ability of a Vendor to sell the item, where continued violation may result in removal from the Marketplace.

Corner Booths are 10 x 10 and have full curtain, two 8' tables, chairs and access to electricity (bring extension cord and surge strip to connect). Corner booths may be combined to form an Endcap (two corners), but these are limited.

In-Line Booths are 10 x 10 and have full curtain, one 8' table (clothed and skirted), chairs and access to electricity (bring extension cord and surge strip to connect). In-Line Booths may be purchased in sets up to three in a row.

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Location assigned is the discretion of event management. All effort is made to lock space at least 21 days prior to the event, but last minute cancellations or additions may cause assigned space to change.

All vendor booths must be paid for at registration. No alternate arrangements can be made, unless you contact FCC first, or have an established pay-at-the-show agreement.

In general, Load-In starts at noon on the Friday and goes until 10:00 PM. Additional load-in may occur on Saturday from 7:00 AM until 9:00 AM, with the show floor opening at 9:30 AM and closing at 6:00 PM. Vendors and Exhibitors may access the show floor on Sunday at 8:00 AM with the show floor opening at 9:30 AM and closing at 6:00 PM. Load out must be complete by 10:00 PM on Sunday.
Early Bird - Artist Alley
Deadline: Jun 30, 2024
THIS IS THE APPLICATION FOR ARTIST TABLE SPACE, AKA ARTIST ALLEY.

I ask that you pay-in-full for your Fall Spot, and in return I am offering an Early Bird discount of 15%, which will also save on the fees for paying through this Eventeny platform.

I will keep the early-bird at 15% through June 30th, 2024.

Fayetteville Comic Con is a SERIOUS ADVOCATE for Artists and Creators, and in so much defines "Artist" as an individual or entity that produces ORIGINAL art (in any medium) for sale. This may be either two dimensional or three dimensional formats, with examples such as prints, cards, posters, stickers, buttons, sculpture, jewelry, apparel, plushies, etc. This is also inclusive of comic book art and/or publications and publications sold direct from an independent author.

This DOES NOT include items like stickers / buttons made from purchased or pirated images (i.e. the Superman Logo). This DOES NOT include 3-D printed sculpts of licensed characters or reproductions of known character accessories, vehicles or other accoutrement. If you are simply reproducing the artwork or intellectual property of others, artist alley is not open to you.

Additionally, AI Generated Art is not allowed in Artist Alley.

All risk is born by the Artist.

WE HOLD ALL ARTISTS, THEIR STAFF AND FAMILY TO OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

We only have six (6) "DOUBLE" spaces available. After those are sold, we will only be offering single artist alley tables, meaning one-table per artist / business. If you require more space, you will need to move into an in-line booth. See Vendor / Exhibitor Application. We reserve the right to assign a double artist alley space to select vendors who have a history of supporting Fayetteville Comic Con. Contact Keith Gibbs directly (fayettevillecomiccon.kdg@gmail.com) to discuss.

Additionally, to assist with the overcrowding issue, Artist tables are only set for two (2) people behind each table. Additional wristbands may be purchased, but people will have to rotate behind the table. We hope that by drawing attention to this issue (as expressed by complaints and concerns from other Artists over the last several shows) that we can make this a positive experience for everyone. Unfortunately, this rule must extend to children of / or under the supervision of the Artist.

Location assigned is the discretion of event management. All effort is made to lock space at least 21 days prior to the event, but last minute cancellations or additions may cause assigned space to change.

Artist Alley Tables are 8' non-skirted, with four (4) to six (6) feet behind the table available for seating and display. Displays must not exceed eight (8) feet in width or ten (10) feet in height. All tables have access to electricity (bring extension cord and surge strip to connect). The access to WiFi is limited to upon request.

All Artist Alley tables have been reduced from $190 to $180 to help with the fees that come from the required e-payment.

All artist tables must be paid for at registration. No alternate arrangements can be made, unless you contact FCC first. By offering a little more elbow room to each artist, we need to lock payments early in order to meet costs.
