Start your holiday with a morning full of community pride, patriotic spirit, and festive fun at our annual parade. Event Schedule 🎤 Opening Ceremony: 10:00 AM Featuring a special performance of the National Anthem by Mady Taxis 🎉 Parade Begins: 10:20 AM – 11:00 AM 🍦 Free Ice Cream Celebration: Enjoy complimentary treats from the Hershey’s Ice Cream Food Truck immediately following the parade Parade Route: Greenstone Pool ➡ Greenstone Drive ➡ Bear Tooth Drive ➡ Pepperbush Place ➡ back to Greenstone Pool 🚨 Road Closures: Sections of Greenstone Drive, Bear Tooth Drive, and Pepperbush Place will be closed from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon). 🚒 Parade proudly led by the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department

About the application

We’re inviting local Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops to lead this year’s Stone Ridge 4th of July Parade — a proud community tradition! This is a wonderful opportunity for scouts to represent their troops, showcase their spirit, and lead the way as we celebrate our nation’s independence.

Scouts will march at the front of the parade alongside the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department, setting the tone for the day with energy, enthusiasm, and patriotism. Troops are welcome to carry banners, wave flags, and wear their uniforms with pride.

We’d love for your troop to be part of this special moment.
