About the application
Hello and thank you for your interest in being a Director on the Entertainment and Culture Promotion Society Board of Directors. Please fill out the application to the best of your ability; you will not be able to edit your application once you click submit. However, you can exit out of this application and return to it at any time before submission.
To apply, please be prepared with your resume, relevant convention experience, and letter of intent. Please also read all documents attached to the application, as they will be relevant to you in a Director seat.

Applications will be taken starting on April 1st, 2022, ending on April 30, 2022.
Interviews will take place from May 1st - May 14th, 2022.
New board members will be notified of the Board's decisions during the week of May 15th and will be expected to attend the May Annual Board of Directors meeting for their onboarding and first meeting.
The May Annual Board of Directors meeting will take place on May 27th, 2022 at 6:00pm CST via Zoom.
