Musician/Entertainer Application

This application is valid for solo artists, bands, or any other type of entertainment wishing to apply for a performance slot at the Bowman, GA, 2026 Spring Festival and Car Show at the Bowman Community Park on April 25th. Submitting this application allows the Special Events Committee to review your submission and select entertainment that fit the needs of the event, but it does not guarantee your acceptance.

Please list your band/entertainer name as your business name.

As we only have time for so many music slots, you will receive an email response at a later date to either confirm or deny your performance.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing on behalf of the Special Events Committee, which operates a festival with music in the Spring for the citizens of Bowman. We will be setting up this Spring Festival in the Bowman Park on April 25th for the local (and out-of-town) community to come out and enjoy the music and fellowship with their neighbors and friends. The event at the Bowman Park will allow us to use the Stage area, concession stand, restrooms, and parking.
 
I would like to ask that your business consider donating to the Spring Festival, as it is growing each year. As we grow, we would like to bring in other bands in and expand into more dates. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote your business and create goodwill within the community. Donations are welcome by the Special Events Committee and the citizens of Bowman. If this may be of interest to you, please select the "Volunteer" option within the application.

RULES & REGULATIONS - Please Retain for your Records

Hello participants, thank you for your interest in this year's Festival! We are eager and excited about making this a fun and successful event. Please read carefully over the following! If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us -Thank you for your support!

DATE AND TIME:

Spring Festival at the Bowman Park: Saturday, April 25th, 2026 - 8 AM to 5 PM for vendors; music until 9 PM
ENTRY DEADLINE: Your signed Application must be received by Friday, April 17th, 2026, to be considered. Once all spaces are filled, you may be placed on an alternate list.

WEATHER: The scheduled event(s) will go on, rain or shine.

APPLICANTS: The Special Events committee has the right to determine which applicants are approved, as well as determine the entertainer's location for their performance.

SECURITY: No security will be available for equipment left on-site without supervision.
EXCLUSIONS: apply to the following items with no exceptions: guns, knives, bullets, brass knuckles, tear gas, paramilitary gear, pornographic or sexually explicit material, drug paraphernalia, darts or street weapons, and foul-smelling novelties such as stink bombs.

ITEMS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE by Festival Officials or the Police, will be removed, or you will be removed from the festival without a refund.

I hereby apply as an entertainer at the Bowman Spring Festival. I have read the rules & regulations in its entirety and understand the provisions for entertainers. I not only understand but agree to comply with all the conditions set forth. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations for the Bowman Festival and understand that I will be removed if any of these rules or regulations are violated. I release and hold harmless The City of Bowman, and any associated entities from all liability, including, but not limited to theft personal injury, acts of war, or acts of God.
