Tekko 2026 - Masquerade Performance

About the application
This application is for performance at Tekko 2026. In the Performance Contest, cosplayers present a skit/musical performance/etc, on the main stage in front of a live audience. Judging takes place during the performance.
Hand-made costumes are encouraged but not required for the Performance Contest and competitors are scored for presentation only. For craftsmanship, please fill out the separate craftsmanship application.
Please submit only ONE form per group. The person submitting will be responsible for sharing the necessary information to the other group members.
Rehearsal is mandatory for all competitors, and will be held Saturday July 25th from 10:00am - 12:00pm.
The run time for all performances may not exceed 2 minutes.

To the best of my knowledge, the performance I am entering is eligible to compete.
If I decide not to compete and withdraw my application, I will notify the organizer (libby.wentz@pittjcs.org) as soon as possible. This is a courtesy to waitlisted applicants. Failure to do so may affect my eligibility to compete in future performance contests.
Communication will be done via email. Phone numbers or social media handles will be used only for emergencies or last minute contact. The code for the form is 1337.
