This application for TABLE AND CHAIR RENTALS is for APPROVED VENDORS only. The fairgrounds has table and chairs available for rent. Please note that the tables have a wooden top and are used and worn--it's suggested that you bring a table covering for aestethics, but completely up to you.
Table Measurements: 30" by 8'
Rentals (including tents) are also available through High Peak Rentals, but you will need to call them to place an order. Their phone number is (717) 258-8006.
Terms & Conditions
All rentals must be returned in the condition in which they were recieved.
Prices
| Table Rental | $18.00 | This table measures 30" by 8' and is supplied by the Carlisle Fairgrounds. It will be delivered to your vendor space prior to your arrival and also picked up there after you leave. Please note that these tables are used and worn. They have wooden tops. **It is suggested that you bring a table covering if you are worried about aesthetics, as well as zip ties for extra support for the legs. |
