Celebrate Burbank Car Show – Participant Information

Join us for the Celebrate Burbank Car Show on Saturday, May 16, 2026, taking place from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM as part of the larger Celebrate Burbank street fair.

The car show will span two full blocks of Magnolia Boulevard near Magnolia Park’s famous Auto Books-Aerobooks bookstore, placing participating vehicles right in the heart of the event. This area will be surrounded by live music, vendor booths, food trucks, and family activities, creating a lively environment where attendees can explore the vehicles while enjoying the festival atmosphere.

We have 70 vehicle spaces available, and we expect tens of thousands of attendees throughout the day as part of the larger Celebrate Burbank celebration.

Celebrate Burbank Car Show – Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application to participate in the Celebrate Burbank Car Show, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Information

The Celebrate Burbank Car Show will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank, California. Participants must follow all event instructions regarding arrival, staging, and departure times. Vehicles must remain in their assigned display location for the duration of the event unless otherwise directed by event staff.

2. Vehicle Eligibility

Vehicles must be safe, roadworthy, and appropriate for public display. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any vehicle that poses a safety concern or does not comply with event guidelines.

3. Setup and Removal

Participants must arrive during the designated load-in window and follow directions provided by event staff for vehicle placement. Once positioned, vehicles may not be moved until the official event closing or until authorized by event staff for safety reasons.

4. Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a safe and respectful environment for attendees and other participants. Burnouts, reckless driving, loud engine revving, or any unsafe behavior will not be permitted and may result in removal from the event.

5. Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

By participating in the Celebrate Burbank Car Show, the participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Magnolia Park Events, the Magnolia Park Merchants Association, the City of Burbank, event sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur in connection with the event.

Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own vehicle and personal property at all times and assume all risks associated with participating in a public event.

6. Insurance and Compliance

Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly registered, insured, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Photography and Media Release

Participants grant permission to event organizers and their partners to photograph, film, or otherwise record their vehicle and likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

8. Event Modifications

Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, layout, or schedule if necessary for safety, permitting, or operational reasons.

9. Agreement

Submission of a car show application indicates that the participant has read, understands, and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
