Do you have a fun, educational, or engaging idea for a panel, workshop, activity, or stage presentation centered around cats, creativity, community, or pop culture? Carolina Kitty Con is looking for passionate speakers, creators, educators, and entertainers to help bring our Main Stage, Panels, Workshops, and Activities to life.
Whether you want to host a discussion like “The Rise of Cat Influencers,” lead a hands-on workshop such as “Cat Toy DIY Crafting,” run an interactive activity, or present something unique on the Main Stage, we welcome creative ideas that will excite and inspire our attendees.
Carolina Kitty Con is a family-friendly event celebrating cats, creativity, and community. We are looking for engaging presenters who can share their knowledge, tell great stories, teach new skills, or create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating in programming at Carolina Kitty Con, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Selection Process
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the Carolina Kitty Con programming team. Selected applicants will be notified via email. Carolina Kitty Con reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.
2. Content Requirements
All programming must be appropriate for a general audience and align with the family-friendly nature of Carolina Kitty Con. Presentations must not include explicit, discriminatory, or offensive content. Carolina Kitty Con reserves the right to request adjustments to proposed content if necessary.
3. Schedule & Placement
Accepted sessions may be scheduled on the Main Stage, in panel rooms, workshop areas, or activity spaces at the discretion of the event team. Carolina Kitty Con reserves the right to adjust programming schedules, locations, and session lengths as needed for overall event operations.
4. Presenter Responsibilities
Presenters are responsible for arriving at their assigned location at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session time. Presenters must adhere to their allotted time and follow all instructions from event staff and volunteers.
5. Equipment & Materials
Basic A/V may be provided depending on the room or stage. Presenters are responsible for any specialized materials, supplies, props, or equipment required for their session unless otherwise approved in advance by the event team.
6. Badge Access
Accepted presenters will receive one weekend badge for Carolina Kitty Con. Additional badges, travel, lodging, or other accommodations are not guaranteed unless specifically arranged in writing with the event organizers.
7. Photography & Media Release
By participating, presenters grant Carolina Kitty Con permission to photograph, record, and use images or video of the session for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, and future event promotion.
8. Safety & Conduct
All presenters must comply with venue rules and event policies. Activities that pose safety risks, involve live animals without prior approval, or violate venue regulations will not be permitted.
9. Cancellations
If a presenter needs to cancel, they must notify the Carolina Kitty Con programming team as soon as possible. Cancellations or no-shows may affect eligibility for future events.
10. Event Changes
Carolina Kitty Con reserves the right to modify programming, cancel sessions, or adjust event operations if required due to scheduling conflicts, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.
